As a lifelong South Florida resident & professional, Brian is keenly familiar with local geography, architecture, market trends, and property values. He obtained his real estate license in 2001 and his broker’s license shortly thereafter in 2003. Brian’s interest in preserving the character & charm of historic homes led to his decision to take the Historic Real Estate Program offered by the National Trust for Historic Preservation (www.nationaltrust.org). This program helps agents become more knowledgeable about, and be better stewards of, historic properties. During this extensive course, Brian learned about the history of major American architectural styles, conservation methods, historic preservation regulations, and tax incentives. His focus is on residential sales, acquisition, property investment, remodel/renovation, and leasing throughout coastal Palm Beach County. Brian’s understanding of the local market is unsurpassed which provides him with intimate knowledge of homes along the waterfront as well as Palm Beach County’s historic neighborhoods. Brian has a proven track-record in his 18-years’ experience helping his neighbors successfully market their homes for the best possible price AND helping buyers find their ideal home.
Using his strengths that includes strong negotiation skills and the ability to facilitate transactions effectively, it is also Brian’s relationships with local real estate brokers and vendors such as title, inspectors, insurance, mortgage, contractors, etc. that help ensure a smooth transaction. Equally effective are Brian’s soft-skills such as the ability to listen intently, interpret the market, be professional, and to treat all clients with respect, honesty, and enthusiasm. Brian’s motto is short: Answer your phone, show up on time, and do what you say you’ll do = success!
In his spare time Brian enjoys an active lifestyle that includes cycling, motorcycle riding, running, paddle boarding, and travel. In fact, Brian has completed three Ironman distance triathlons – 2.4 mile swim, 140 mile bike, and a 26.2 mile run. Oh, and he loves dogs!
Live the South Florida lifestyle!
